1. Leading Ukrainian university degree in Law;
2. Experience advising clients in Labor Law and Employment with major Ukrainian and/or international legal consulting firm;
3. Post graduate professional experience 3+ years;
4. Experience in dealing with trade unions and/or complex exit negotiations are of a benefit;
5. Fluency in English and Ukrainian;
6. Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills;
7. Desire to grow in employment practice.

4. Experience of working with FIDIC contracts will be considered as an advantage;
