Reimagine Education is a global conference and competition, open to educational innovators from all around the world, bringing together a variety of edtech startups, academic faculty and leaders from the top world universities. In September, after a competitive selection to the jury, Iurii BARABASH became the official shortlist-stage judge of this event. In October, the Reimagine Education Awards judges evaluated the world educational projects to determine the winners – the best, innovative ones, with deep social or technological significance. The Vice-Rector gave his expert assessment to more than ten projects from the UK, India, Canada, Indonesia and other countries of the world, noting the most significant educational ideas.
This initiative took place within the framework of the strategy of the Rector of the University Anatoliy Getman concerning inclusion into the QS World University Rankings and comprehensive development of the University in the international arena. Efforts in this direction, which have recently been made by the coordinator of the ratings department of the Centre for Recruitment, Marketing and Communications Rinata Kazak, should be noted. The Steering Committee of QS Reimagine Education thanked Iurii Barabash for participating as an official judge of the competition and noted his experience in the field of education. This event is according to QS World University Rankings – the ‘Oscars’ of Education. The winners of the competition will be announced at the Virtual Reimagine Education Conference on December 6-10.
