Vladyslav Kysil heads the practice of real estate and construction, as well as the banking and financial practice of KPD Consulting. Chairman of the Law Committee of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club (www.ureclub.com) since 2010. In 2014, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Public Council at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine and Chairman of the Committee on Law, which he headed for 2 years. For the last 10 years he has been actively involved in the development of legislation governing real estate and construction, he is the author of many professional publications in this field. Since 2015, Mr. Vladyslav Kysil has been annually re-elected Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Civil, Family and Inheritance Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (www.uba.ua). Vladyslav Kysil is a lawyer of the Kyiv City Bar Association (since 2006).
